If your shipping address is outside the above countries, we will do our best to find you the most competitive solution our parcel delivery partners have to offer. In order to do so, by simply clicking on a provided link, you will be asked to request a shipping quote from us, which you shall receive shortly after that. In view of the shipping charges, you will easily be able to decide whether you are ready to bear them and thus complete your order with us.
After having received your confirmed order and the payment of the whole purchase price, as well as the shipping cost (if any), we begin to process the order and the delivery of the products. In case of
– items on our stock, we vouch for a shipping time of 2 to 10 days, depending on the country of destination.
– items that are not on stock and thus have to be shipped from Mexico, we ensure a shipping time of 4 to 6 weeks. (To be honest with you, this is a quite generous time frame, as on average the ordered items arrive within 3 weeks, but since distances are long, unexpected delays do come up sometimes. So we figured that it is better to be on the safe side, making promises that we can keep, keeping you, our customer, satisfied.)
